- Yes. Creating an account is free. You pay only for the plan or service you choose, with M-Pesa.
- Does BingwaOne pay my Bingwa Sokoni commission?
- No. Safaricom pays Bingwa Sokoni agents a 10% commission on successful sales, paid weekly on Wednesday. BingwaOne charges only for its own tools.
- Can I get a refund?
- If an M-Pesa prompt fails or you cancel it, no money is taken. If you paid and did not get what you paid for, we fix it or refund you. Details are in our terms.
