Using BingwaOne

BingwaOne is a platform built to help Bingwa agents sell bundles, automate customer orders, create posters and videos, manage payments, and run digital selling workflows more efficiently.

By using BingwaOne, you agree to use the platform responsibly and honestly.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account login details secure
  • Making sure your business information is accurate
  • Managing the offers, prices, and payment details shared with your customers
  • Any activity that happens through your account

If you notice suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.

Selling and Customer Responsibility

Agents using BingwaOne must:

  • Deliver the services or bundles they advertise
  • Use correct pricing and payment information
  • Avoid misleading customers with fake offers or false delivery promises
  • Handle customer phone numbers and payment confirmations responsibly

BingwaOne does not allow scams, fake transactions, spam activity, or misuse of customer information. Accounts involved in suspicious or abusive activity may be limited or removed from the platform.

Payments and Transactions

Some BingwaOne features may involve M-Pesa payments, airtime processing, subscriptions, or automated order flows.

Agents are responsible for:

  • Confirming their till numbers and payment details are correct
  • Monitoring their own sales activity
  • Ensuring customer payments are processed properly before delivery

BingwaOne may temporarily pause payment-related features if required for maintenance, fraud prevention, or third-party service updates.

Platform Updates

We continuously improve BingwaOne features, tools, and automation systems.

Because of this:

  • Some modules may change over time
  • New features may be added
  • Certain tools may be updated, paused, or removed when necessary

We aim to keep disruptions minimal and communicate important changes clearly.

Service Availability

We work to keep BingwaOne available and stable, but uninterrupted access cannot always be guaranteed due to:

  • Internet outages
  • Third-party provider downtime
  • Payment system interruptions
  • Maintenance or security updates

We actively monitor issues and work to restore services as quickly as possible.
